Headquartered in Frederick, MD, we are a full-service exterior remodeling company. Who started iRenovate Pro and why?
iRenovate Pro was founded by Miguel Cangas with a simple goal: to bring honest, high-quality exterior remodeling to homeowners in the Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania region. After seeing too many contractors cut corners or oversell to homeowners, Miguel built iRenovate Pro on the principle of doing things the right way.
What certifications and partnerships does iRenovate Pro hold?
We are a GAF certified roofing contractor, which gives us access to extended manufacturer warranties on roofing systems. We also work with James Hardie for siding installations and are also Vinyl Siding Institute certified. We also partner with leading window and door manufacturers. These certifications require us to maintain installation standards and ongoing training.
Will I work with the owner or be handed off to a salesperson?
You will work directly with Miguel the owner. From your first phone call through your final project inspection, you communicate with the same person. We do not use commissioned salespeople, so you never feel pressured.
How long has iRenovate Pro been in business?
iRenovate Pro has been serving homeowners in the Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania region since 2018. In that time, we have completed hundreds of roofing, siding, window, door and gutter projects across the region.
